Who is responsible

What we collect
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and your message.
- Booking a call: your name, email, phone and the time you choose, entered on our booking page (Majestik Studio).
Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and prepare a quote: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Who receives it
Your data is never sold. It is processed by:
- Vercel Inc. (website hosting). Safeguard: EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Our CRM and booking platform (Majestik Studio), provided by a sub-processor (handling enquiries and customer relations). Safeguard: Standard Contractual Clauses.
Transfers outside the EU
Where data is processed in the United States, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months after our last exchange, unless a contract follows. Accounting records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object and port your data. Email info@majestikai.com. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, Netherlands (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and no trackers that need consent.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Enquiries pass through a server, never from your browser to a third party, and no password or key is exposed in the site.
